| TEN (10) DAY SIZE SATISFACTION POLICY Orthoflex wants you to be satisfied, within reason, with the new custom saddle size that is made to your personal specifications. If your new Orthoflex custom saddle seat size (length) does not fit you, or the saddle does not properly fit your horse, upon your timely compliance with all size satisfaction policy requirements stated below, the company will, at no additional charge: Make adjustments to the saddle seat size (length) or saddle parts or, at the company’s option, produce a new different size (length) replacement saddle, one time only, for you of equal, or lower value. This replacement policy does not allow an adjustment or replacement because a customer does not like the feel of the seat. Any new size must be one whole size change as the policy does not cover half size or seat feel adjustments. We do not refund purchase prices, for any reason, on Custom saddles. Delivery is subject to normal delivery quoted times. If the saddle does not fit the horse properly, you must supply photos of the horse, under saddle, and without saddle for evaluation by the company before any adjustment or replacement will be made. After one adjustment is made, or one replacement saddle is produced, this Size Satisfaction Policy expires and our normal One-Year Limited Warranty, only, applies to your saddle. This policy applies to new, non-discounted saddles only and does not apply to scratch & dent saddles, or used saddles. Size Satisfaction Policy Requirements of you and 3. Ship the saddle back to the company within 10 (ten) calendar days of receiving a notification from the company of a Return Authorization CONTROL NUMBER (RA#) to be used on the saddle shipping container of the saddle being returned. Note: Packages received without RA #=s are refused. and 4. Return the saddle in an "as new" condition. Should the saddle not be returned in an "as new" condition, the company reserves the right to charge you a "penalty fee" to compensate the company adequately for any resale or other losses on the returned saddle. The "as new" and "penalty fee" determinations are in the sole discretion of the company. Generally speaking "as new" means, but is not limited to, no stains, no wear spots, no scratches, no sweat marks, no horse hair or other unsightly foreign matter on the saddle. It is solely your responsibility to keep the saddle in "as new" condition before returning. Failure to do so will void any recourse, for you, under this policy. It is suggested that you cover the underside of the saddle with a covering material to prevent soiling, etc. Please refer to the Order Contract attached to each Saddle Order Form for additional information. |
